YOUgc is a marketplace where UGC creators and brands find each other. Creators build a profile and post updates on what they create. Brands build a profile, post what they're looking for and reach out to creators directly.
Keep your login safe and your profile info truthful. One account per person or brand. Fake information, impersonation, spam and other abuse of the platform result in penalties, up to removal of the account.
Everything you post stays yours. By posting it on YOUgc you allow us to show it on the platform. Don't post anything you don't have the rights to, and nothing illegal, hateful or misleading.
Deals are agreed directly between the creator and the brand: scope, deliverables, timeline and price. When a deal comes together through YOUgc, we take a percentage of the deal value as our service fee. That fee is how the platform stays running and growing.
We may update these terms as the platform grows. If a change is significant we'll flag it on the site. Using YOUgc after a change means you accept the updated terms.
